Fondée en 1924, l'Ecole Internationale de Genève (l'Ecolint) accueille 4'500 élèves âgés de 3 à 18 ans représentant plus de 130 nationalités. Nos 1'250 collaboratrices et collaborateurs provenant du monde entier se répartissent sur nos trois campus (La Grande Boissière et le Campus des Nations à Genève, La Châtaigneraie sur le canton de Vaud).

Vous reportez à la Directrice People & Culture et travaillez en partenariat avec les des deux Écoles du Campus de La Châtaigneraie.

Vous conseillez les d'école et les soutenez dans toutes les questions relatives aux ressources humaines, y compris notamment le recrutement, la formation, la rémunération, la gestion des performances, la gestion des conflits et les questions liées à la conformité.

Vous êtes également responsable de la mise en œuvre des politiques et des procédures de ressources humaines dans l'entreprise.

Responsabilités
  • Formuler des réponses aux employés ainsi qu'aux d'école concernant l'ensemble des problématiques RH quotidiennes, en s'appuyant sur l'expertise technique de services dédiés tels que la paie, l'administration du personnel, le service juridique
  • Accompagner les responsables dans la compréhension des enjeux humains et le développement de leurs équipes
  • Piloter les recrutements pour son périmètre et participer à l'organisation de l'intégration des collaborateurs
  • Proposer/déclencher les formations nécessaires
  • Gérer le cycle du collaborateur dans son entièreté y compris le développement professionnel des collaborateurs
  • Déployer localement les process RH de la Fondation
  • Participer activement aux projets RH Fondation
  • Suivre les budgets salariaux de son périmètre
  • Participer aux commissions de Campus avec les directeurs-trices d'école et la délégation du personnel
  • Favoriser le bien-être au travail des collaborateurs à travers divers initiatives et la gestion des conflits
  • Etre garant du respect du droit du travail dans son périmètre
Exigences attendues des candidats
  • Brevet Fédéral ou diplôme universitaire avec une spécialisation en RH ou diplôme à vocation équivalente
  • Expérience professionnelle pertinente
  • Expertise démontrée dans les domaines du recrutement, développement des talents, évaluation des compétences, de la rémunération et du conseil
  • Excellente connaissance en droit du travail suisse
  • Connaissances des spécificités propres au droit d'enseigner sur le canton de Vaud un atout
  • Français et anglais langues courantes (parlé/écrit)
  • Les qualités personnelles qui permettront de contribuer au bien-être et au large développement de notre Fondation.
