Contribue à l-approvisionnement en électricité de la Suisse

Dans cette fonction à responsabilité de Health and Safety Manager, tu coaches et soutiens les supérieur(e)s hiérarchiques et les chef(fe)s de projet dans les questions techniques ainsi que dans la mise en -uvre de mesures spécifiques. Parmi tes autres tâches figurent:

  • Réalisation d-évaluations des risques et d-inspections de chantiers sur nos installations (sous-stations et lignes aériennes) et nos chantiers en collaboration avec les collaboratrices et collaborateurs responsables de ton domaine de compétence
  • Définition des mesures nécessaires pour garantir la sécurité au travail et la protection de la santé
  • Développer et vérifier les concepts de sécurité et de protection de la santé pour les chantiers et les activités de maintenance
  • Collaborer activement à la gestion et au développement du système de gestion de la sécurité, rédiger les documents nécessaires et vérifier le respect des directives dans la pratique
  • Développer, planifier et coordonner des actions et des formations pour améliorer durablement notre culture de la sécurité
  • Clarifier les incidents et les accidents, identifier leurs causes et proposer des améliorations dans l-esprit d-une culture ouverte de l-erreur
Comment faire la différence

Pour ce rôle exigeant, nous recherchons une personne motivée, qui aime travailler en équipe et qui a l-habitude de communiquer et de présenter les choses de manière adaptée à chaque niveau hiérarchique Tu as une pensée structurée et tu es capable d-identifier des interactions complexes et de les expliquer de manière compréhensible. En outre, tu apportes les éléments suivants:

  • Formation de base en électrotechnique avec un diplôme de maîtrise, de technicien(ne) ES ou de haute école spécialisée ou une formation équivalente
  • Diplôme de spécialiste en sécurité ou d-ingénieur(e) sécurité avec brevet fédéral
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans une fonction similaire et, idéalement, expérience de direction au niveau de chef(fe) d-équipe et/ou de chef(fe) de projet
  • Tu es de langue maternelle française ou allemande avec une bonne compréhension de l-autre langue
