Was Sie bewegen- Du erarbeitest gemeinsam im Team Modelle und verantwortest Prozesse für eine effiziente Steuerung der Bankbilanz und der damit verbundenen Risiken (insb. Zinsänderungs- und Liquiditätsrisiken)
- Du beteiligst dich aktiv an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Handel, Risikokontrolle, Produkt Management und IT
- Du erarbeitest und präsentierst eigenständig Steuerungsvorschläge, Entscheidungsgrundlagen, (ad hoc) Analysen und Reports zuhanden des Senior Managements
- Du hilfst mit, die Einhaltung von internen und regulatorischen Vorgaben zu Zinsänderungs- und Liquiditätsrisiken sowie Eigenmittelanforderungen sicherzustellen
- Du verantwortest operative Prozesse zur Bewirtschaftung von Zinsänderungs- und Liquiditätsrisiken (bspw. Zins-Hedges, Kapitalmarktemissionen)
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Risiko- und/oder Finanzmanagement gemacht
- Du interessierst dich für die gängigen Programmiersprachen (SQL, VBA, R, MATLAB, Python)
- Du verfügst über unternehmerisches Denken gepaart mit der Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und ergreifst bei der Verfolgung neuer Möglichkeiten die Initiative
- Du verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten, eine exakte Arbeitsweise und kannst durch deine engagierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit überzeugen
