Liste des tâches
  • Vous avez pour mission d'identifier les besoins pour proposer une stratégie et planifier des mesures de communication interne en collaboration avec la CEO et les membres du CoDir, ainsi qu'en adéquation avec la politique d'information, la culture d'entreprise et les objectifs d'engagement
  • Vous conceptualisez, développez et produisez des supports de communication interne tels que newsletter collaborateurs, communications publiées sur le site intranet, présentations PPT internes, etc.
  • Vous êtes en charge de l'organisation et de la coordination de manifestations internes, tels que CEO townhalls, fête du personnel ou événements ponctuels du comité de direction ou du conseil d'administration
  • Vous êtes responsable de la revue et de l'optimisation du site intranet en termes de contenu, structure et processus de publication
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec le département des ressources humaines sur les thématiques de marketing RH ainsi que de visibilité et positionnement de la marque employeur
Nos exigences

Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure en marketing et communication (brevet fédéral, DAS ou MAS) et disposez d'une expérience avérée en communication interne dans le secteur de l'économie ou de la finance. Votre capacité à penser de manière stratégique, créative et proactive vous permet de développer des approches novatrices et d'anticiper les besoins futurs. Vous excellez dans la planification, l'organisation et la coordination de projets. Aussi, vous démontrez une expertise indéniable en rédaction vous permettant de synthétiser et vulgariser des sujets complexes de manière claire et concise. De langue maternelle française, vous avez de très bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais.

Cette fonction peut aussi être exercée depuis nos autres succursales.
