The Position

An unserem Standort in Basel bieten wir im Bereich Supply Planning & Materials Management eine spannende Praktikumsmöglichkeit an. Der Drug Substance Produktionsstandort Basel ist ein Eckpfeiler im weltweiten Produktionsnetzwerk (PTM) von Roche. Über 700 Personen sind hier beschäftigt und der Standort beherbergt eine Vielzahl von Funktionen und Abteilungen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Unterstützung der produzierenden Betriebe im Supply Chain Management
  • Mitarbeit in den Abteilungen Planning, Master Data, Launch & Transfer Management, Logistics, und Compliance Team
  • Selbstständige Begleitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen mittels Lean Management Methoden
  • Technische und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Performance Boards zur Performance-Steuerung
  • Prozessdokumentation und -mapping
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Leitungsteams
  • Organisation von Workshops
  • Analyse von Prozessen, Kennzahlen und betrieblichen Schwachstellen sowie Einleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Anpassung, Optimierung und Pflege von Kennzahlensystemen und entsprechender Visualisierung sowie Erstellung von Workflows
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Teams
Wer du bist:
  • Du bist aktuell an einer Universität immatrikuliert, oder du hast innerhalb von 12 Monaten vor Praktikumsbeginn die Universität abgeschlossen
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Google Workspace und MS Office Kenntnisse

Der Standort ist Basel .

Bevorzugter Start des Praktikums per 1. November, oder nach Vereinbarung, mit einer Praktikumsdauer von 12 Monaten. Das Praktikum ist in Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche) und Teilzeit (32 Stunden pro Woche) möglich.

Dieses Praktikum ist nicht für eine Masterarbeit geeignet.
