The Head of Enterprise Medical Digital Innovation leads the development, implementation and maintenance of digital technologies and solutionsto transform Takeda's clinical and medical operations. This pivotal role partners closely with the Global Portfolio Division Data, Digital and Technology team along with Global Medical Affairs to enable medical business processes across an enterprise technology stack to maximize expected business/medical outcomes.

  • Works in close collaboration with the Global Data, Digital and Technology partners to manage Takeda's medical Technologiesaligned with technology standards, architectural best practices and safeguarding the data and infrastructure integrity.
  • Create a forward-thinking technologystrategy that enables digital innovation across medical areas such as clinical practices, medical information, trial recruitment patient experiencesand other domains within the scope of the medical function.​
  • Drive, Innovate and own medical platforms
  • Enable the vision for clinical and medical digital innovation aligned with key business stakeholders including Global Portfolio Divisions Data, Digital and Technology team, and Global Medical Affairs ensuring alignment with Takeda's overall enterprise technology strategy and healthcare industry trends.​
