c) Comprehension of complex procedures

g) Ability to lead a small team of subject matter specialists

h) Ability to keep deadlines and reach the planned goals for the defined tasks and projects

Hauptaufgaben und KPIs I

1. Management of the AO Technology Transfer Board (including frequent off- and online meetings, preparation, follow-up, reporting etc.)

2. Interface with internal stakeholders in innovation management and R&D ("translation officer"), e.g. ARI, AOTC, IP, AOTAG etc.

3. Managerial responsibility of AO Innovation related budgets (e.g. Development Incubator, Strategy Fund etc.; approx 3-10 Mio CHF/year)

4. Line Management of direct reports dedicated team

5. Provides expert input to all AO stakeholders regarding valorization of IP, technology and projects

6. Ensure due dilligance procedures where applicable, e.g. in assessing potential external partners or investments

7. Produces reports and articles for use in management and board meetings as well as external communication channels (on- and offline)

8. Consistent and close documentation of all pre-chartered and active projects outside of Technical Commission

9. Aligns with the Group Manager Technical Commissions regarding new ideas and supports off-ramp projects

10. Manage calls for exploration of innovative ideas in the AO network (1-3 / year)

11. Execute and support valorization of AODI and other defined projects

12. Organize project selection process with inventors, AODI Board, and external sources if needed
