compenswiss compte parmi les plus grands investisseurs institutionnels de Suisse. Son rôle principal est
de garantir le paiement des prestations des assurances sociales. La gestion d'un portefeuille largement
diversifié de plus de CHF 40 milliards est assurée par une équipe d'environ 60 personnes.
Au sein du département Asset Management, le rôle implique de solides compétences analytiques et
informatiques ainsi qu'une forte motivation pour la collaboration avec les experts en gestion de
portefeuille. Le/la stagiaire assistera les gestionnaires dans leurs tâches quotidiennes dans un contexte
de changement de système de gestion des portefeuilles (Aladdin).

Vos tâches Votre profil

  • Appuyer les portfolio managers dans leurs
    • Formation universitaire spécialisée
    activités de gestion, d'analyse du risque et (économie, finance, ingénierie), un
    de la performance premier stage réussi en finance de
  • Préparer des rapports et des présentations marché est un atout
    pour les réunions internes et externes
    • Solide compréhension des marchés
  • Suivre les nouvelles économiques, politiques financiers et des produits dérivés
    et financières, et évaluer leurs impacts
    • Capacités analytiques et aptitude à
    potentiels sur les marchés et les portefeuilles comprendre, analyser et exprimer les
  • Contribuer à la définition des besoins besoins des équipes de gestion
    d'automatisation et à l'amélioration des outils
    • Connaissance des outils d'analyse et de
    de gestion et de reporting du département développement informatique (Python,
    SQL, Excel)
  • Méthode de travail structurée et précise ;
    esprit d'initiative et autonomie
  • Très bonne connaissance du français
    (langue de travail) et de l'anglais
