Pictet Asset Services (PAS) propose des services de banque dépositaire, des services liés aux fonds ainsi que des solutions de trading à des gérants indépendants, à des gestionnaires de fonds et à des clients institutionnels. Nous maîtrisons en interne chaque dimension de l'asset servicing et concevons des solutions sur mesure, telles que des outils analytiques à valeur ajoutée, des supports à l'élaboration de stratégies de trading et des interfaces utilisateurs, pour offrir une expérience client inégalée.

Your role


• Etre le contact administratif privilégié de l'équipe LATAM en offrant un support transversal à tous les Client Relationship Officers (CRO).

• Participer au processus administratif d'évolution des relations avec les gérants d'actifs externes, en collaboration avec les chargés de relation.

• Offrir un soutien quotidien aux clients sur des questions opérationnelles et administratives, en partenariat avec les différents centres de compétences de la Banque.

• Fournir des prestations opérationnelles ciblées:
- Saisir ou coordonner des paiements clients et effectuer les commandes de cartes de crédit
- Assurer la mise en place des accès à Pictet Connect, notre solution bancaire en ligne.
- Commander des rapports bancaires et fiscaux, effectuer des transferts de fichiers et des saisies dans divers workflows (clôtures de comptes...).

• Coordonner les réceptions/livraisons de titres franco paiement.

Your profile


• Formation bancaire ou jugée équivalente.

• 3 ans d'expérience dans le support aux gérants indépendants ou à une équipe de gérance privée.

• Excellentes connaissances transversales dans le domaine des flux opérationnels (virements, cartes bancaires, e-banking, fiscalité opérationnelle).

• Goût pour le service à la clientèle.

• De langue maternelle française, anglais et espagnol courants; expérience confirmée avec une clientèle hispanophone obligatoire.

• Capacité à gérer des situations délicates nécessitant aussi bien de la diplomatie que des connaissances techniques.

• Sens de l'organisation et aptitude à gérer les priorités.

• Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques usuels MS Office.

• Connaissance du logiciel bancaire Avaloq, un atout.

• Domicile en Suisse requis.
