This hybrid banking and financial services role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
Assist in managing Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
Help corporate clients resolve transactional inquiries related to securities and custody services, ensuring queries are resolved to client satisfaction within agreed service levels.
Coordinate between clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners such as custodians.
Facilitate smooth operations across the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
Skills and Experience:
Basic understanding of client servicing within financial and securities services, preferably in settlements and securities transfers.
Knowledge of securities and global custody products.
Foundational knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic German and fluent English proficiency.
