Das bietet dir die Stelle
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die umfassende Verwaltung unseres Produktportfolios über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg
  • Es liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich, produktspezifische Daten in den Systemen PLM, ERP und PIM anzulegen, zu bereichern und zu managen
  • Du leitest Projekte und Teilprojekte im Bereich PIM und sorgst für eine reibungslose Implementierung in die entsprechenden Systeme und Prozesse
  • Du überwachst kontinuierlich die Datenqualität und entwickelst proaktiv Methoden, um sicherzustellen, dass diese stets auf höchstem Niveau ist. Deine Verantwortung umfasst ergänzend die Optimierung der systemunterstützten Pflegeeffizienz, Produktdatenkonsistenz, Datenflüsse und Prozesse
  • Du trägst massgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere produktspezifischen Informationen nutzer- und kundenorientiert weiterentwickelt werden
  • In deiner Rolle als zentrale Koordinationsstelle arbeitest du eng mit internen und externen Datenlieferanten sowie -bezügern zusammen. Dabei koordinierst du effektiv mit den Bereichen Product Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, Development und IT
Das bringst du für die Stelle mit
  • Nach deiner kaufmännischen/technischen Grundausbildung hast du dich im Marketing und/oder im Management von Stammdaten- bzw. Product-Life-Cycle weitergebildet (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik)
  • Du bringst nicht weniger als 5 Jahre profundes Know-how im Datenmanagement mit
  • Du kannst dich mit soliden Kenntnissen in MS-Office, PIM und ERP (SAP von Vorteil) positionieren und deine Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement gewinnbringend einsetzen
  • Du besitzt ein feines Gespür für Datenanalysen, mit der Fähigkeit, in komplexen Datenstrukturen Muster zu erkennen und datengetriebene Entscheidungen auf höchstem Niveau zu treffen
  • Überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit zur kooperativen und effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Produktmanagement, Marketing und IT ist deine Stärke
  • Dein Engagement für innovative Lösungen und die Bereitschaft, die Extrameile zu gehen, um unsere Produktinformationen zu verbessern, zeichnet dich aus
  • Du sprichst fliessend und schreibst flüssig in Deutsch und Englisch
