Im Auftrag der Vinivia AG, einem jungen Schweizer Startup, das sich auf die Bereitstellung interaktiver Lösungen für seine Kunden konzentriert, suchen wir nacheinem Product Manager. Das Hauptprodukt der Vinivia AG ist Live-Streaming, welches die modernsten verfügbaren Technologien nutzt.

Der gesuchte Product Manager wird eng mit dem CPO der Vinivia AG zusammenarbeiten, um bei der Entwicklung und Bereitstellung innovativer Produkte zuunterstützen. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Markttrends und Benutzerbedürfnisse.Die Rolle erfordert jemanden, der detailorientiert und organisiert ist und in der Lage ist, effektiv mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zu kommunizieren.

Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Recherchen und Analysen zu Markttrends, Wettbewerbsanalysen und Benutzerfeedback, um fundierte Produktentscheidungen zu unterstützen.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der Produkt-Roadmap.
- Koordination von Meetings und Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern.
- Organisation von administrativen Aufgaben wie Besprechungsplanung, Reisebuchungen und Spesenabrechnungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte.
- Überwachung des Projektfortschritts.
- Bindeglied zwischen dem CPO und anderen Teams innerhalb des Unternehmens.
- Sichere Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache.

Qualifikation
- Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich wie Informatik, Marketing oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet.
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Starke Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, um Daten zu interpretieren und Erkenntnisse aus Forschungsergebnissen zu gewinnen.
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Sehr gut organisiert mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte und Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu verwalten.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Teams, Jira und Confluence.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse.
