The Opportunity

As a Retail & Education Manager Prestige Brands, your mission is to support and develop the field workforce to be able to offer a unique Customer Experience, partnering with the local and Global Team teams to develop a strong Retail Analytic strategy. You will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business decisions, optimize retail operations, and enhance the customer experience across Travel Retail Europe. This role involves analyzing sales data, customer behavior, market trends, and other relevant metrics to provide actionable insights.

What you'll get to do

1. Define & implement Travel Retail Europe Prestige Brands - Retail Strategy

• Define Retail Strategy identifying key opportunities and ensuring excellent implementation in accordance with the Business Unit's yearly plan.

• Build & foster relationships with all global and local teams to ensure alignment & perfect executions.

• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Conduct a door segmentation analysis, build a door database/classification and create guidelines per door category.

• Be the driver of retail implementation in TR Europe ( Retail is detail and retail is people)

• Lead the digitalization of Travel Retail Europe by working on a Retail Digital Tool : REX implementation

• Lead the Annual (BA) International Education Seminar (400 pax)

• Define a Retail experience for our customers with a Selling Ceremony for fragrances and Make Up.

• Develop guidelines for TR Europe Incentive in collaboration with the Sell Through Manager and the Brands

• Work closely with the Global Team to implement regular Mystery Shopping visit, analyze results to identify trends and patterns, and define action plan. Follow up with Sales Team and Global Team.

2. Develop the Travel Retail Europe Education Strategy, for Prestige Brands, in collaboration with Global Travel Retail and Brands

• In collaboration with the Global Team work on the Education Strategy and ensure its successful implementation. Constantly finetune the strategy in accordance with the Business Unit's yearly plan.

• Develop training tools (presentations support / digital learning platform).

Develop Travel Retail centric sales techniques in collaboration with Global Travel Retail, as well as Training Managers.

• Provide support to create the training calendar and delivery of training sessions.

• Support Field Supervisors team with training and coaching tools

3. Team Management

• Lead and develop a team of Training Managers with a regional focus on TR Europe.

• Co-create tools to offer unique training sessions and to stay relevant and connected with the field workforce community.

We'd love to meet you if you have


• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Retail or management responsibilities.

• Previous experience in Retail, Beauty Industry and Travel Retail are desired.

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

• Excellent command of English and other European languages an asset.

• Knowledge of different training methods (mentoring/coaching, on-the-job and in-class training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).

• Management experience.

• Able to travel 25% of the time in Europe.

• Excellent Communication, Presentation & Public Speaking skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High Organization & People skills.

• Brand Experience Digital education platform.
