MISSION STATEMENT

Your
12-month internship with us will give you the opportunity to look behind the scenes of the world's largest luxury goods company and get to know the work of a brand manager.

You are a valuable member of our marketing team and support us in the planning (brief, social media plan, PR coverage, logistics), conception and implementation of marketing activities and promotions in the on and off trade channel.

In addition, you inspire us from task to task with your creative finesse and your eye for details, in order to be entrusted with more and more responsibility and your own complex projects.

From day one you will be actively involved in all tasks and get to know our international team quickly.

No two days are the same and exciting and varied activities and projects as well as exciting luxury brands await you.


MAIN RESPONASIBILITIES

Marketing and Events

  • Support the execution of brand activities (POS material, Value-AddedPacks) and brand events (portfolio events, brand owned events as well as partner events) for the ON and OFF premise
  • Present and represent the brand(s) and brand activities towards clients, journalists and external partners
  • Support daily requests from the Sales team (product sheets, product visuals, sales documents, visuals)
  • Update marketing support files (product catalogues, Value-AddedPacks and Point-OfSale (POS) material lists)
  • Support the Digitalization of brand activities; digital assets and campaigns development, mocccccnitoring, listening and evaluation of the digital buzz on social media platforms
  • Analyse relevant trends and consolidate in conclusions and recommendations
  • Execute and manage administrative tasks (Purchase Orders, invoices, creation of supplier accounts and product articles

PR Events

  • Order material for PR events
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager and external PR agency with organisational tasks before and during the events

Press

  • Order material and products for press requests and needs
  • Collect input for journalist requests and organizing press trips
  • Run image & press text researches on our Moët Hennessy libraries
  • Prepare clipping summaries for small and large brand related projects and events
  • Organise meetings between brand managers and the PR agency
  • Update Value-AddedPacks listing file
  • In charge of adhoc tracking reports and activities (shipments to journalists, celebrities and influencers)

PROFILE

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor degree in international marketing, communication or business
  • Knowledge about the Swiss media landscape or journalists is an asset
  • Knowledge about the gastronomy and / or wine & spirits industry is an asset
  • Profound luxury goods understanding

  • Fluent (C1) in (Swiss) German (bilingual ideally) / French / English (FLUENCY MANDATORY IN THE 3 LANGUAGES)
