The Opportunity

We are looking for a Niche In Store Executive / VM for our Travel Retail EA organization to guarantee the excellence of our brands on the point of sale by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail EMEA channel and implementing temporary and permanent installations.

What you'll get to do

Temporary installations
• Understand and adapt global merchandising guidelines to Travel Retail channel (planograms, assortment in line with marketing, communication etc)
• Communicate with the In Store HQ team for launch's, special requests and adaptations when needed.
• Drive internal meeting with Sales team marketing team and HQ team to ensure the good animations delivery and installation 
• Deliver animation request proposals adapted to the channel ( follow the retailer’s guidelines and have the accurate certificates.) 
• Partners selection and quotes negotiation for promo packs. Optimize costs for high quality installations 
• Management of the decoration budget and PO’s for temporary animations by allocating the savings in future opportunities (coordination with the Sales Department) 
• Management of the visual and VM orders for all the animations implementations.
• Follow up of technical issues of the initial proposal (internally with the HQ team and externally with the supplier/decorator) and all logistic procedures related to the proposal installation (deliveries, orders…) 
• Point of sale material coordination
• Definition of local production elements budget for each account for the development of the promo calendar 
• Support to Field Supervisor regarding in store installations 
• Store checks and promo feedback (internal, external) 

Permanent spaces:
• Together with MKT and SALES team, Provide brief of new door (zoning, VP, concept etc)
• Provide design and concept, respecting retailer guidelines and MKT brief
• Support Marketing Director in the Internal approvals for top doors
• Technical drawings between PUIG & retailer for technical approval
• Production & Installation
• Implementation in top doors / at POS

Visual Merchandising: 
• Support MKT and Sales team when 3D renderings of temporary or permanent spaces needed 
• HQ Fragrances VM guidelines adaptations to TREMEA needs and specificities.
• TREMEA VM guidelines implementation coordination and continuous adaptation in every POS.
• Supervision of visuals and videos regular updates
• POSM stock monitoring, assignation, and shipping
• POSM local production and implementation (for temporary and permanent installation)
• Basic and tailor-made permanent projects management
• Support Field Team with retail installations and VM implementation

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience: 3- 5 years professional experience, ideally in luxury retail or interior design. A knowledge of premium fragrance and cosmetic segment would be a plus Education: Interior Design or Architecture Bachelor (or equivalent) Languages: Fluent in English, very good knowledge of French (other languages an asset) Competencies: Multi project management skills Detail and results oriented with a strong sense of accountability Autonomous with a strong sense for teamwork, pro-active, organized and stress resistant Very good communication skills, ability to interact easily Strong knowledge in 3D design and modelling Specific Knowledge required: Microsoft office, Adobe Creative suite, AutoCAD (C4D or Sketch Up an asset), Sketchup
