Ihre Aufgaben Unsere Geschäftseinheit METTLER TOLEDO Weighing and Instrument Components (MTWIC) ist ein Fertigungsdienstleister für die gesamte globale METTLER TOLEDO Gruppe. Die hergestellten Produkte umfassen Laborwaagen und andere hochauflösende gravimetrischen Instrumente, MFR-Kraftsensoren, elektromechanische Baugruppen, mechanische Komponenten und Leiterplatten. Für unseren Bereich Manufacturing Engineering suchen wir im globalen operativen Hauptsitz von METTLER TOLEDO am Standort Greifensee-Nänikon, Region Zürich, eine starke und engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Head of Manufacturing Engineering 100% (all genders).
In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:
  • Sie leiten den Bereich Manufacturing Engineering (total ca. 40 Mitarbeitende) hinsichtlich Organisationsentwicklung, Teamentwicklung, Personalführung und fachlicher Entwicklung, sowie Budget-Verantwortung
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv bei der Strategieentwicklung von Manufacturing Engineering mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Industrie 4.0 mit, in dem Sie Plattformen (Baukasten-Prinzip) zur raschen und kosteneffektiven Umsetzung von Betriebsmitteln und Anlagen erstellen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Etablierung, Pflege und Abstimmung der Technologie-Roadmap
  • Sie verantworten die Definition, Optimierung und Durchsetzung von Abläufen und Schnittstellen unter der Verantwortung von Manufacturing Engineering innerhalb der Organisation und hin zu Schnittstellen
  • Sie fördern das Design-for-Manufacturability- und das Design-for-Test-Konzept innerhalb der Organisation bzw. hin zu verschiedenen R&D-Partnern
  • Sie repräsentieren MTWIC gegenüber R&D orientierten Gruppen und Entscheidungsgremien
Ihr Profil Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
  • Sie haben einen Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Engineering, z.B. Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau
  • Sie sind eine starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit mindestens 10 Jahren Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen wobei Sie Ihr Team bereits erfolgreich durch anspruchsvolle Veränderungen geführt haben
  • Ausserdem verfügen Sie über Erfahrung als Projektleiter*in in Zusammenhang mit Technologie- und Organisationsprojekten sowie bei der Einführung von Fertigungsverfahren
  • Sie haben sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und vorzugsweise SAP-Erfahrung
  • Sie weisen eine hohe Eigeninitiative aus und verfügen über ein systematisches Problemlösungsvorgehen mit Einbezug und Koordination der relevanten Stellen
  • Konzeptionelle Denkweise, sowie sehr gute planerische und analytische Fähigkeiten setzen wir voraus
  • Zudem sind Sie eine sehr selbständige, kommunikative und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit, die gerne in Kontakt mit zahlreichen Stakeholdern steht
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
