Die Curaden AG mit Hauptsitz in Kriens bei Luzern ist ein innovatives Familienunternehmen und steht für eine Idee, für ein System, für eine Philosophie im Sinne einer umfassenden Mundgesundheit. Better health for you - mit diesem zentralen Versprechen entwickeln, vermarkten und vertreiben wir weltweit Produkte für die Zahnmedizin sowie für die Zahnpflege unter der Marke CURAPROX. Mit dieser sind wir mittlerweile in über 90 Ländern auf sechs Kontinenten vertreten.

Ausserdem beraten wir seit sechzig Jahren Dentalprofis in Praxis und Labor mit Lösungen und bieten alle notwendigen Produkte für einen kundenorientierten Praxisbetrieb an. Unser Ziel ist die Win-Win-Win-Situation zwischen Patient-Zahnarzt-Curaden zu schaffen.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung
Deine Aufgaben
  • Du leitest das operative Geschäft, verantwortest die Bereiche International Supply Chain, Produktmanagement, Produktentwicklung, Regulatorik und Qualität
  • Du analysierst und optimierst alle relevanten Geschäftsprozesse mit dem Ziel, Kosten zu senken und Effizienz zu steigern
  • Du führst und entwickelst deine Teams, arbeitest eng mit den Geschäftsleitungskollegen zusammen, um Abteilungsschnittstellen zu verbessern und Unternehmensziele zu erreichen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Machbarkeitsstudien, Planung, Entwicklung und Kontrolle der Curaprox-Produktpalette, wobei du eng mit Verkauf und Marketing zusammenarbeitest
  • Du führst Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Produzenten
  • Du übernimmst die Leitung verschiedener Projekte in diversen Unternehmensbereichen
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich; Kenntnisse in Materialwissenschaften, besonders Kunststoffe oder Chemie, sind vorteilhaft
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Position im Bereich Operations, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit internationaler Supply Chain und Logistik, um unsere globalen Operationen zu optimieren
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Umsetzung komplexer Projekte
  • Du zeichnest dich durch starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit aus, Probleme zu lösen und strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Du hast starke Führungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, Teams effektiv zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
  • Du bist belastbar, flexibel und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, ideal für ein dynamisches und internationales Arbeitsumfeld
  • Du sprichst fliessend Englisch und Deutsch
