Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit aus dem Bereich Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik zur Verstärkung unseres Tender Engineering Teams in MICAFIL, welche uns bei der Erarbeitung kundenspezifischer Lösungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld im Bereich Transformatoren Durchführungen unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Stellvertreter des Leiters Tender Engineering für kundenspezifische Lösungen
  • Analysieren der Kundenspezifikation und umsetzen in Produktanforderungen für eine kundenspezifische Lösung
  • Auslegen der Durchführung unter Berücksichtigung von Design Richtlinien und internationaler Standards inklusive Risikobetrachtung
  • Überprüfen und sicherstellen der technischen Lösung durch Simulationen
  • Erarbeiten einer wettbewerbsfähigen Lösung unter Erwägung aller Kosten für unsere Kunden
  • Unterstützen des Verkaufsteams bei technischen Abklärungen und Fragestellungen während der Offertphase
  • Zusammenarbeit interdisziplinär mit Sales, Einkauf, Engineering, Abwicklung und Projektmanagement
  • Kunden- und Marktbedürfnisse wahrnehmen, Markttrends erkennen, Inputgeber für Neuentwicklungen
  • Einbringen von Verbesserungen im Angebotsprozess für kundenspezifische Lösungen für nachhaltige Steigerung der Effiziens und Effektivität

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor-Abschluss (FH) in Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Netze, Energiesysteme und Hochspannungskomponenten von Vorteil
  • Fundierter Umgang mit MS Office, SAP Know von Vorteil
  • Sprache: Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift/ gute Englischkentnisse
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude bereichsübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten im internationalen Umfeld
  • Fähigkeit zu selbständigem,eigenverantwortlichem und strukturiertem Arbeiten
