Job Summary

As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Hitachi Zosen Inova, you will play a key role in the development of electrical concepts for Waste to X plants. Your expertise will be utilized to design and implement efficient electrical systems, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop electrical concepts and single-line diagrams for Waste to X plants
  • Sizing of main equipment, including power transformers, HV/MV/LV switchgears, and UPS systems
  • Conduct electrical systems studies, including short circuit, load flow, and protection coordination
  • Prepare technical specifications for components and systems, and evaluate bids from suppliers
  • Coordinate and guide project engineers during detail engineering

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering tools, including EPLAN and Siemens SIMARIS
  • Experience with power analysis software, such as ETAP
  • Configuration of protection relays, including Siemens DIGSI and IEC 61850
  • Excellent English language skills
