Electrical Systems Engineer for Aerospace Company

Job Summary
ISATI Global Solutions is seeking a talented Electrical Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and certification of electrical systems on a new platform.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Switzerland. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and integrating sub-systems and liaising with equipment suppliers from specification to qualification.
- Defining and executing system tests, reviewing equipment test plans and results according to DO-160, and writing certification reports.
- Supporting design, development, integration, and testing of electrical systems, including network quality characterization, protection strategies, resonance studies, and network reconfiguration.
- Managing requirements in DOORS, including capturing, validation, linking, and change management for System Requirement Documents and Technical Requirement Documents.
- Managing system and equipment suppliers, including specification of technical requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Analyzing qualification categories per DO-160, reviewing supplier test and qualification procedures, writing and executing integration test procedures and reports, and continuously maturing certification strategies, plans, and reports.
- Assisting in defining detailed ATA 24 development schedules, supporting internal system-level reviews, and preparing monthly progress reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A University Master's Degree in electrical or aerospace engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in aircraft electrical systems or system integration.
- Knowledge of FAA/EASA certification requirements (Part 23).
- Proven knowledge of qualification procedures DO-160, DO-178, and DO-254.
- Proven knowledge of aerospace processes (ARP4754 and ARP4761), tools (Teamcenter, DOORS).
- Experience in simulation of electrical systems.
