DAS BEWEGST DU

  • Du berätst Finanzinstitute (Banken, Wertpapierhäuser, Versicherungen, kollektive Anlageformen, unabhängige Vermögensverwalter u.a.) in sämtlichen finanzmarktrechtlichen Fragen
  • Du unterstützt die auf Finanzinstitute spezialisierten Wirtschaftsprüferinnen/Wirtschaftsprüfer von BDO bei aufsichtsrechtlichen Prüfungen als auch in regulatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit Fachspezialistinnen/Fachspezialisten aus anderen Bereichen zusammen, unterstützt diese bei der Einhaltung aufsichtsrechtlicher Vorgaben und berätst sie bei aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragen, der Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorschriften sowie bei weiteren finanzmarktrechtlichen Fragen (FIDLEG, FINIG, FINMAG, GwG, Tax Compliance, DSG etc.)
  • Du übernimmst die Führung und Koordination der dir anvertrauten Mandate und unterstützt Mitarbeitende in fachlicher Hinsicht

  • Du verfügst über ein juristisches Studium (Bachelor oder Master of Law), überdurchschnittlich gut abgeschlossen und bekundest nachweislich Interesse am Finanzmarkt und an regulatorischen Entwicklungen
  • Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeit in regulatorischen Projekten, sowie der Umsetzung von Veränderungen im Rahmen von Transformationsprozessen im Finanzmarktumfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist in der Lage, auch bei komplexen Problemstellungen rasch das Wesentliche zu erkennen und pragmatische Lösungen zu erarbeiten
  • Du bist offen, dynamisch, kunden- und teamorientiert und du handelst unternehmerisch
  • Du bringst sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit; jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil
