Nous recherchons un(e) Export Manager pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale, dans le cadre d une création de poste.Rattaché à la Direction commerciale, vous aurez pour rôle de construire la présence de PODERM à l international, en structurant des partenariats avec des distributeurs spécialisés (Europe, Moyen-Orient, Amérique du Nord en priorité). Export Manager (cosmétiques & dispositifs médicaux) MISSIONS Prospection : identifier, prospecter et sélectionner les distributeurs pertinents dans les zones prioritairesNégociation : négocier et mettre en place des contrats de distribution, en veillant au respect de l image premium de Poderm et de la cohérence tarifaire internationaleStratégie : définir les plans d assortiment et la stratégie de lancement par pays, mettre en place des plans marketing locaux adaptés aux besoins de la marque et aux spécificités des marchés.Suivi des distributeurs : accompagner les distributeurs dans la montée en puissance de la marque (formations, outils, promotions), suivre les résultats vs. les objectifs fixésPilotage de la performance : construire les prévisions de vente export, suivre les résultats sell-in / sell-out, assurer le reporting interne de l activité export (P&L), analyser l impact des plans marketingCollaboration avec l ensemble des équipes internes (marketing, logistique, réglementaire) pour adapter les produits aux marchés locauxVeille : analyser les marchés, la concurrence et les opportunités d expansion PROFIL De formation supérieure commerciale ou équivalente, vous justifiez de 5 à 8 années en développement commercial à l export, idéalement dans les secteurs dermocosmétique ou santé familialeExpérience confirmée dans la négociation et pilotage de contrats de distribution à l exportFrançais et anglais courants (écrit et oral).
