Junior Sales Support Executive - Fluent in Czech & Slovak

We are in search of a Junior Sales Support Executive to assist the CIS & EEU Desk at our Global Sales HQ department. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CIS & Eastern EU Desk in onboarding new clients,
  • Initiating contact with prospects and maintaining follow-ups in collaboration with team members,
  • Providing comprehensive support to our Sales team for ensuring high service standards and achieving team objectives,
  • Handling incoming calls from prospects, clients, and other departments,
  • Managing general internal and external correspondence and mailings,
  • Reviewing account forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data for account setup,
  • Conducting customer due diligence checks and verifying client identities via video calls,
  • Coordinating with various departments (Legal, Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, Payments) to facilitate account opening and funding processes,
  • Performing other administrative or sales-related tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements
  • Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Finance,
  • Fluent in Czech & Slovak (native or proficient) AND English (fluent),
  • Prior experience in customer care or relationship management within a financial services setting is advantageous,
  • Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization and organizational abilities,
  • Demonstrates efficiency, strong communication skills, and adaptability to a rapidly evolving banking environment,
  • Possesses an open-minded, team-centric attitude.
