Job Description

We are in search of a Junior Sales Support Executive to assist the CIS & EEU Desk in our Global Sales HQ department. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CIS & Eastern EU Desk with new client onboarding,
  • Initiating contact with prospects and maintaining follow-ups in collaboration with team members,
  • Providing comprehensive assistance to Sales team members to ensure high service standards and achieve team objectives,
  • Handling inbound calls from prospects, clients, and various departments,
  • Managing both internal and external correspondence and mailings,
  • Reviewing account forms to verify accuracy and completeness of provided data for account setup,
  • Conducting customer due diligence checks and verifying client identities through video conferencing,
  • Coordinating with different departments (Legal and Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, Payment) to facilitate account setup and funding processes,
  • Performing other administrative and sales tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Finance,
  • Czech & Slovak language proficiency (native or fluent) AND strong English skills,
  • Prior experience in customer care or relationship management within a financial services context is advantageous,
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and exceptional organizational abilities,
  • Proficient in efficiency and possess excellent communication skills,
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment in a rapidly expanding Bank,
  • Open-minded with a collaborative team-focused approach,
