**Votre profil**
- Formation complète dans le domaine des assurances (le Brevet Fédéral de Spécialiste en Assurances est un avantage) et plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle ;
- Une première expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance internationale est un atout ;
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais écrit et oral, bonnes connaissances en allemand un plus ;
- Très bonnes connaissances des logiciels MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
- Aptitudes à la négociation et aux actions stratégiques ;
- Un savoir-faire avéré en matière de gestion de projet ;
- Orientation détails, résultats et clients, aisance relationnelle, sens du service, des responsabilités, de l'organisation et de la communication ;
- Flexibilité, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.

**Vos responsabilités**
- Soutenir les gestionnaires de comptes dans la gestion et l'administration des clients ;
- Préparation des réunions avec les clients, des rapports, des synthèses ;
- Gestion indépendante des contrats d'assurance internationaux ;
- Communication et négociation avec le réseau mondial d'Aon ;
- Préparation des appels d'offres et comparaison des offres dans toutes les branches d'assurance ;
- Accompagnement des demandes ;
- Préparation des budgets liés aux clients ;
- Contrôles de rentabilité.
