In Deiner Position wirst Du für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Performance Netzwerks Business Clic verantwortlich sein und Deine Kunden umfassend betreuen. **Was Du tun wirst**
- Hauptverantwortung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Performance Netzwerks Business Click
- Ausbau des Netzwerks auf Publisher-Seite unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
- Ausbau auf Kundenseite zur Unterstützung des Sales
- Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenportfolios in Absprache mit den Kollegen im Sales
- Erstellen und Umsetzen von Epics im Rahmen der technischen Weiterentwicklung in einem agilen Umfeld in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
- Analysen und Berichte über die verschiedenen Revenue Streams zuhanden der Geschäftsleitung erstellen und führen
- Produktbezogene Marketing
- und Kommunikationsmassnahmen über verschiedene Kanäle planen und umsetzen

- Gute Branchenkentnisse in Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing, Product Management
- Merjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Breite Expertise in der digitalen Advertising-Wertschöpfungskette
- Technisches Know-How
- Sales Skills
- Erfahrung in Datenanalyse und ausgeprägte, analytische Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in Stakeholdermanagement
- Lust und Antrieb auf Mitgestalten und Eigenverantwortung
- Ge: C2 - Beherrschung der Sprache
- En: C1 - Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse

**Nice to Have**
- Erfahrung in mehreren Disziplinen wie Campaign Management, Programmatic Advertising, Business Development, Innovation, Sales, UX Design oder UX Research von Vorteil
