Your role:

As a BioPharma Marketing Lead, your primary focus will be to develop, own, and execute campaigns and marketing strategies for awareness initiatives, targeted account-based marketing, and product launches to generate leads and drive pipeline growth for the BioPharma sales team.

Your contributions:

  • Developing the Go-To-Market strategy for the designated business segment and actively overseeing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborating with content creators, designers, and digital marketers to ensure campaign tactics align with the needs of the target market.
  • Engaging with third-party vendors as needed to ensure broad coverage across relevant channels and audiences.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Product Management to align marketing tactics with business objectives, support Sales in meeting targets, and deliver campaigns effectively.
  • Monitoring KPIs to assess the ROI of marketing campaigns, creating performance dashboards, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Managing digital advertising campaigns to reach the intended audience within set budgets and timelines.

Requirements:

Your background:

  • At least 5 years of integrated marketing experience in a healthcare-related field (BioPharma, BioTech, CRO, Healthcare Agency).
  • Demonstrated experience in driving demand generation and top-of-funnel activities.
  • Proven expertise in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and plans.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, marketing automation tools (preferably Pardot), Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
  • Must be fluent in English, additional languages considered a plus.
  • Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards.
