Internal Communication & Events Coordinator

Reporting to the Marketing Experience Manager, you'll play a vital role in enhancing employee loyalty through organizing social events and keeping the workforce informed about company events and updates. You'll collaborate with employees at all levels, ensuring they are informed during both positive developments and challenging times.

  • Develop an internal communications strategy in collaboration with senior management
  • Effectively communicate organizational initiatives and projects to employees and stakeholders
  • Create and manage content for various internal communication channels like staff intranet, email bulletins, and digital signage
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to design layouts
  • Ensure consistency of internal communications across all platforms and departments
  • Coordinate communication of sport associations to staff members
  • Regularly engage with HR
  • Plan and oversee internal events and operations
  • Organize, plan, and gather feedback on internal events
  • Handle communication and feedback on employee benefits platforms
  • Adapt communications based on staff feedback
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of internal communications experience in a high-end brand
  • Proficiency in French and English (German is a bonus)
  • Effective management of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong writing skills to create engaging content
  • Excellent organizational and presentation abilities
  • Quick learning and adaptability in fast-paced environments
