Deine Aufgaben, Du...

  • bist verantwortlich für Debitoren inklusive E-Store und Credit Management sowie Inkasso Management
  • Bist zuständig für die korrekte und termingerechte Verbuchung der Sales Deduction Claims und Marketing Rechnungen
  • führst alle Konzernrelevanten Aufgaben durch wie z.b Forecast, Audit, Kontoabstimmungen etc.
  • führst zwei Mitarbeitende auf fachlicher Ebene
  • verwaltest die offenen Rückstellungen im Bereich Marketing und Sales Deduction
  • zuständig für verschiedene Reportings (internes und externes Audit, Risk Management, Monatsabschlüsse, etc.)
  • genehmigst Debitoren-Zahlungen (inkl. E-Store), SD Claim Rechnungen/Gutschriften und Marketing Rechnungen
  • bist Hauptansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder im Aufgabenbereich inkl. Shared Service Center

Dein Profil, Du...

  • verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • hast mindestens 3 Jahre ausgewiesene Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • hast sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • hast Erfahrung mit SAP
  • hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • bist eine belastbare und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Drive und unternehmerischem Denken
  • hast eine Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte sowie selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • bringst Flexibilität und einen positiven Umgang mit Druck und hohen Zielen in einem sich ständig verändernden Umfeld
  • bist ein Teamplayer und hast idealerweise Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld mit Reisebereitschaft
