Die HZI Service Gruppe vereint eigene Forschung und Entwicklung mit umfassenden Fertigungs
- und Montagekapazitäten und begleitet Kundenprojekte durch den ganzen Lebenszyklus. Ihre innovativen und zuverlässigen Lösungen sind weltweit in über 1600 Referenzprojekten zu finden.**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Führung und Sicherstellung der Buchhaltungsprozesse. Koordination/Sicherstellung der verschiedenen Tätigkeiten wie z.B. Mahnwesen, Schnittstelle Lohnbuchhaltung, Controlling, Steuern, Kreditoren/Lieferanten, Intercompany Prozess.
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Monatsabschluss und Berichterstattung:

- Verantwortung für Monatsabschlusstransaktionen im ERP (Fokus FI)
- Monatsberichterstattung Finanz an Geschäftsleitung/VR Hitachi Zosen Inova AG
- Konzernreporting Japan: Konzernquartals
- und Jahresabschluss Reporting der Hitachi Zosen Inova AG
- Erstellung der Jahresrechnung der Hitachi Zosen Inova AG nach Schweizer Recht
- Koordination und Organisation der Revision von Hitachi Zosen Inova AG, Zürich
- Accounting Guidelines:

- Überwachung der von Hitachi Zosen Inova Gruppe anzuwendenden Buchhaltungs
- und Bilanzierungsrichtlinien.
- Ansprechperson für Accounting Fragen (in Absprache mit Group Accounting).
- Koordination und Umsetzung Group Accounting Manual/Guidelines
- Internes Kontrollsystem:

- Erweiterung, Anpassung des internen Kontrollsystems damit die Regeln nach Japanischem und Schweizer Recht eingehalten sind.
- Ansprechpartner für die interne Revision der Hitachi Zosen Inova AG, Zürich
- Mitarbeiterschulung im Bereich der Buchhaltung
- Unterstützen des Controllings im Budget
- und Forecastprozess
- Mitarbeit bei verschieden Projekten, wo Finanzen/Buchhaltung betroffen ist: Weiterentwicklung von SAP-Anwendungen, Reporting Tools.
- Ist sich der für die Funktion relevanten HSE-Anforderungen bewusst, setzt diese um und hält sie ein

**Ihre Erfahrungen**:
**Stellenspezifische Qualifikation**
- Ausbildung im Bereich Accounting (z.B. Treuhandexperte)/Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling (mit Expertendiplom, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Universitätsabschluss, Fachhochschule)
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in Finanzen, Industrieerfahrung im Anlagenbau oder Investitionsgütersektor von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung in internationalem Umfeld
- Flexibel, kommunikativ, belastbar
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten

**Methodenkompetenz**
- Gute Kenntnisse SAP (FI, CO), anderes ERP System von Vorteil
- Microsoft-Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Gute IFRS-Kenntnisse
- OR / Steuerrecht
- Accounting
- Regelungen
