Der Bereich Sales ist unser Wachstumsmotor und ist verantwortlich für die Schaffung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn du über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Talent im Ausbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen verfügst. **VERANTWORTUNG**
Du erstellst, führst und entwickelst neue Geschäfte auf dem Deutsch-Schweizer Markt und gewinnst dabei Kunden, von der Kaltakquise bis zum Geschäftsabschluss, in Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Team. Konkret wirst du:
LEADS GENERIEREN
- Weiterentwicklung der Datenbank mit Leads/interessierten Kunden durch telefonische Kaltakquise, segmentiert nach Industriezweig und Devisenumsatz sowie Handelsfinanzierungsperspektive.
- Danke Eburys innovativer, datengesteuerter Lead-Sourcing-Technologie "Sonar" generierst du effiziente Leads.
- Teilnahme an Messen oder Networking-Veranstaltungen, bei denen neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten verfolgt werden können.
EBURY VALUE PROPOSITION ERSTELLEN
- Verwalte die Beziehung zu unserem Account Management Team, um den Prozess von der Anmeldung zum ersten Trade zu beschleunigen.
- Im Laufe der Zeit können Business Developer in höhere Vertriebspositionen aufsteigen; vom Branchenspezialisten zum Head of Desk, oder in eine Dealing-oder Account-Management-Rolle.
- Die Geschwindigkeit des Aufstiegs hängt von deiner Leistung und den Fähigkeiten ab, denn Ebury lebt eine meritokratische Unternehmenskultur.

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN
- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschafts-Studium oder Kaufmännische Lehre mit Berufsmatur
- Zweisprachig Schweizerdeutsch/Deutsch
- Fliessendes Business-Englisch
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Nachgewiesene kaufmännische Erfahrung
- Interesse an und/oder Grundkenntnisse in Finanz
- und/oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Research-Fähigkeiten
- Scharfsinn und Ehrgeiz
- Idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung im direkten Vertrieb
- ggf. Erfahrung im Beziehungsmanagement in einem Finanzsektor; Hintergrund in der Banken-, Fondsmanagement
