We are looking for a local People & Organization (P&O) Partner in Denmark positioned at our production facility in Kvistgaard which will be your primary work location.
In the role of local P&O Partner, you will be working as a sparring partner for the managers in Kvistgaard and support them in buildin g engagement, ensuring well-being, and a workplace where people want to stay.
It is your role to support and advice local managers on managerial tasks as handling performance cases, terminations, promotions, transfers etc. You are the go-to person to ensure compliance with our local union agreements, employment laws etc. whereas the colleagues in HR Operations and HR Rewards are managing and negotiating the overall agreements, conditions, and frameworks.
Since we are a growing organization, you will dedicate time to support onboarding of newly hired managers as well as local employer branding activities.
To become a success in this role, you must be capable to operate many different ad hoc requests and to build great relations with managers as well as rest of the People & Organization team. Besides the close collaboration with HR Operations, you will partner with our senior HR Business Partners in Global Operations to facilitate managers' input to HR yearly activities as e.g. engagement dialogues and talent review.
Our Global Operations organization is currently expanding at the site in Kvistgaard, and it is relevant that you have experience from manufacturing and thrive in an environment with employees at all levels including operators.
As local P&O Partner you will report to the Senior HR Director who covers HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development. You become part of a team of approx. 20 highly skilled colleagues placed primarily in Denmark but with colleagues in US, Germany, and Switzerland as well.
This is how you impact the people we are here to serve- Foster a healthy and engaging workplace e.g. by facilitating team dialogues around engagement survey results and driving continuous improvement through leaders
- Support managers in handling daily managerial tasks and thereby help them grow in their roles
- Drive culture building activities and onboarding of new managers at Kvistgaard
- Support local employer branding activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
- Help develop and roll out Global HR initiatives
- Understand and speak Danish as well as English

- +3 years of experience as a HR partner
- Understanding of HR partnering across leadership levels including operator level
- Experience from a start-up, Biotech, or pharma company is an advantage
- Having worked in a manufacturing environment is a big plus
