Procurement Customer Service Support_h/f

Le titulaire du poste est responsable des différentes commandes spécifiques des clients pour toutes les catégories de produits. Il/elle soutient les différents magasins dans leurs commandes et demandes spécifiques dans toute la Suisse, et agit en tant que personne de contact pour les fournisseurs. En outre, il/elle traite les livraisons incorrectes et s'occupe des retours et des réclamations liés aux commandes spécifiques des clients.

Vos responsabilités :

Activités administratives liées à l'approvisionnement cross-dock (commandes spécifiques des clients).

Création de bons de commande et envoi à tous les fournisseurs concernés. Gestion des commandes en ligne pour les produits cross-dock (lentilles de contact et solutions pour lentilles de contact).

Gestion des livraisons et des commandes en cours. Suivi des délais de livraison et communication aux autres départements.

Soutien de l'équipe en ligne.

Traitement des livraisons incorrectes dans le système ERP.

Traitement des retours et des réclamations dans le système ERP.

Soutien de toutes les succursales et magasins dans toute la Suisse et contact avec tous les fournisseurs, en D/F/E (téléphone / courrier).

Exécuter toute tâche ou projet demandé par la direction de l'équipe, en relation avec l'activité des commandes spécifiques des clients.

Vos qualifications et compétences

CFC Employé de commerce

Une première expérience en administration des ventes ou en approvisionnement

Gestion des commandes avec un ERP

Bonnes compétences en Microsoft Excel Connaissance de l'ERP (SAP ou autre)

Français bonnes connaissances, allemand fortement apprécié, l'anglais est un plus

Bonne compréhension de l'entreprise

Orienté(e) service à la clientèle

Soucis du détail, Rigueur

Autonomie, Esprit d'équipe, coopération
