- Du ermöglichst einen transparenten Einblick in unsere Massnahmen, indem du bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Nachhaltigkeitsreportings mitwirkst.
- Du recherchierst regulatorische Anforderungen und führst selbstständig Peervergleiche durch
- Du gestaltest Präsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung im Bereich Strategie und Unternehmensentwicklung eigenverantwortlich.
- Bei der Mitarbeit in diversen bankweiten Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten arbeitest du mit diversen internen Fachstellen (Legal, Produktmanagement, Risk, HR, etc.) zusammen.
- Die Mitarbeit bei der internen und externen Kommunikation unserer Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen und -massnahmen runden dein interessantes Aufgabengebiet ab.

**Das bringst du mit**
- Dein Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium in Wirtschaft, Finance, Law & Economics oder einem ähnlichen Bereich ist bereits fortgeschritten.
- Du überzeugst mit deiner offenen Kommunikation und Interesse an Themen wie Strategieentwicklung, Sustainable Finance und Nachhaltigkeitsregulation
- Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie ein hohes Engagement zeichnen dich aus.
- Deine bisherige Arbeitserfahrung oder Praktika bei Banken, im Projektmanagement oder bei Unternehmensberatungen lassen dich rasch Wirkung erzielen.
