Per stimata azienda cliente siamo alla ricerca di una/un **HR Assistant **(a tempo determinato).

La figura dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti mansioni:

- Gestione malattie e infortuni e notifiche di questi ultimi
- Permessi di lavoro
- Contratti di assunzione
- Assegni familiari
- Gestione delle ore dei collaboratori, contatti con le agenzie ecc.
- Notifiche imposte alla fonte
- Supporto all'amministrazione nel controllo e nella registrazione delle fatture

I requisiti essenziali per questa posizione sono:

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 1/2 anni nel ruolo in Canton Ticino
- Formazione in ambito HR o conoscenza base dell'amministrazione del personale e delle assicurazioni sociali svizzere
- Disponibilità immediata

E' previsto un contratto a tempo determinato fino a novembre 2023 tramite agenzia.

Contratto di lavoro: 100%, Orario di lavoro: 80-100%

Orario:

- Turno di 8 ore
- Turno diurno
- Turno serale
