The Role:

As the project coordinator, you must be able to manage a variety of projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously. You must be a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced working environment and can work collaboratively or autonomously. You will work closely with the sales, marketing and operations team facilitating requests, updating dashboards, timelines, and calendars.

This role is required to be based in Zug, Switzerland and does not offer relocation assistance. _

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal and external teams to align on upcoming product launches
  • Consistently and accurately update and maintain calendars, timelines, and companywide dashboards
  • Facilitate requests from internal and external teams, including gathering requirements, assigning tasks to creative teams, and ensuring timely delivery of assets
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project related inquiries and communications for internal teams
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and address any potential risks or delays
  • Provide regular status updates for project progress to relevant department leads
  • Support adhoc projects and initiative as needed to drive sales and marketing objectives

Core Skills and Responsibilities Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of relevant project coordination experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Familiar with project management tools and software: Monday, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • A working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A proactive problemsolver who loves to create and improve processes' efficiency and quality
  • Prior experience working with a global brand or working with several different countries is a plus
