Our client, based in the Lausanne area, has been very successful for many years with its specially developed robotic systems, mainly for the food industry in the national and international market.

Around 90 employees ensure customer satisfaction through many years of experience, reliability and top quality.

To further expand and consolidate the market leader status, we are looking for a technically experienced, ambitious and strong personality.

Tasks

  • Analysing and optimising operational business processes with the aim of efficient cost reduction
  • Implement relevant targets and KPIs for control and discussion with staff and management
  • Guarantee proper development of projects till their completion (SAT), according to order confirmation
  • Ensure procurement efficiency, supply chain, commodity management and logistics activities with relevant departments
  • Find solutions and make decisions in case of operational deviations or general difficulties
  • Participate and actively contribute to executive meetings as a valuable sparring partner
  • Leading, motivating, coaching employees

Requirements:

  • Completed technical training with a university degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering
  • High level of technical understanding and interest in the development of hightech systems
  • Further education in business administration
  • Very good practical experience in process/project management
  • Good knowledge of international logistics and supply chains
  • Strong, solutionoriented and committed personality with high leadership skills and handson mentality
  • Ability to implement change with passion and spirit and to exemplify the company values
  • Fluent in French and English, German very welcome
