Senior Data Compliance Officer

Die Business Unit Banking Services (BBS) von SIX ist das Kompetenzzentrum für Betrieb, Entwicklung und Innovation im Schweizer Zahlungsverkehr. Die Infrastruktur für den Interbankenzahlungsverkehr, die Anbindung an den Euro Raum (SEPA) sowie für den kartenbasierten und mobilen Zahlungsverkehr stehen dabei im Fokus. Im Data Compliance Office (Teil des Business Risk Managements (BBS-RD)) unterstützen Sie als Data Compliance Officer das Business in allen regulatorischen Belangen und stellen die Einhaltung der hohen Compliance-Anforderungen mit Fokus auf Bearbeitung von Daten für die Business Unit sicher.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

Verantwortlich für die Vorgaben zur Umsetzung und Einhaltung der internen und externen Compliance (inkl. Erstellung sowie Weiterentwicklung von internen Weisungen, Arbeitsinstruktionen, etc.) mit Fokus auf Daten Compliance Identifizierung, Analyse, Steuerung und Überwachung von entsprechenden Risiken, Erarbeitung von Massnahmen sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung durch die verantwortlichen Stellen Beurteilung von neuen und bestehenden Produkten, Geschäftsbereichen, Prozessen und Dienstleistungen hinsichtlich (Data) Compliance-Anforderungen BBS Ansprechpartner für externe Datenrechts-Anfragen ("Data Subject Right Requests – DSR") in Zusammenarbeit mit dem SIX Data Protection Officer (DPO) Proaktive und kontinuierliche Abstimmung sowie Koordination mit den zuständigen internen und externen Gremien und Stellen für Compliance bzw. der 2nd Line of Defence (CRO Bereich), regulatorischen Stellen sowie den Geschäftsleitungen der regulierten rechtlichen Einheiten

Das bringst du mit:

Fachhochschul-/Universitätsabschluss oder vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung in Rechtswissenschaften Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise bei einem Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen Sehr gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen wie beispielsweise Bankengesetz, FinfraG/FrinfraV, EU-DSGVO bzw. CH-DSG (rev DSG), relevante FINMA Rundschreiben (z.B. 23/01) sowie entsprechende Erfahrungen auf diesem Gebiet Freude an Daten Compliance Themen (inkl. Einsatz neuer Technologien, Datenschutzmassnahmen, Durchführung von Schulungen, etc.) und Erfahrung rechtliche Anforderungen mit wirtschaftlichen Aspekten in Einklang zu bringen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
