Die Zürcher Kantonalbank ist eine führende Emittentin von Strukturierten Produkten und Anbieterin von OTC-Geschäften im Schweizer Markt. Als Leiter:in Derivatives Documentation stellst du auf täglicher Basis mit deinen Kolleg:innen die reibungslose Dokumentation und Emission der gesamten Strukturierten Produkte-Palette der Zürcher Kantonalbank sicher und kümmerst dich zudem auch um die Dokumentation des OTC-Geschäfts.

Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Führung des Teams von 5 Dokumentationsspezialisten
- Verantwortung für die Dokumentation sowie den Emissions
- und Life Cycle-Prozess sämtlicher Strukturierten Produkte (Plattform & manuelle Emissionen)
- Aufsetzen von neuen Produktstrukturen in Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Stakeholdern, wie Sales, Trading, Structuring, Mid-Office, Back-Office, IT und Legal
- Dokumentation von OTC-Rahmenverträgen
- Umsetzen der rechtlichen und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Legal-Teams
- Monitoring und Qualitätssicherung der Emissions
- und Life-Cycle Prozesse über diverse Umsysteme und Teams hinweg
- Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden Automatisierungsprojekten sowie Entwicklung und Optimierung von bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen
- Kommunikation mit externen Stellen wie Börsen und Prüfstellen, Vertretung in Branchenverbänden
- Unterhalt des Emissionsprogramms der Zürcher Kantonalbank sowie der Produkt-Seite (Finanzinfo)

Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Hochschulabschluss auf Stufe Master, idealerweise in Betriebswissenschaften, Informatik oder Rechtswissenschaften
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld «Strukturierte Produkte», idealerweise im Bereich Documentation in einer Führungsposition mit operativem Fokus
- Erfahrungen mit Projekten sowie ein versierter Umgang mit relevanten Systemen wie den Handels-, Dokumentations
- und Kernbankensystemen sowie den Schnittstellen zur Börse
- Ownership, Teamplayer und persönliche Integrität
