Job Title: Client Relationship Officer at Banking Services



About the Company: We are a well-established banking institution dedicated to providing top-notch financial services to our clients.



Position Tasks:

  • Supporting the CROs in their daily business activities.
  • Actively engaging with clients in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Delivering high-quality service by maintaining regular and timely communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Handling client account openings/closures and conducting KYC reviews.
  • Preparing for and organizing client visits, including checking documentation and account statements.
  • Executing and overseeing all client instructions, such as stock market transactions and payments.
  • Managing various administrative and organizational tasks, including client reviews and document tracking.
  • Creating marketing materials like presentations, pitch books, and investment proposals.
  • Adapting to changing environments and utilizing new platforms/systems, both internal and external, and explaining them to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and internal regulations like Cross Border, AML, and Clean Desk Policy.


Position Skills:

  • University degree or Commercial apprenticeship in Banking or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a private banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments such as equities, bonds, and derivatives.
  • Good knowledge of Compliance and AML topics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Additional fluency in languages like Italian and/or Spanish is a bonus.
  • Proven teamwork abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
