CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)

As a Client Support Officer (CSO) in the Swiss domestic market, you actively contribute to a high level of service for demanding high-profile Swiss private banking clients in the German-speaking region and support to establish, develop, and expand the Swiss domestic market. In your role, you assist relationship managers as well as the team leader and market head in various administrative tasks and are committed to deliver quality to customer relations.

Motivated and entrepreneurial wealth management team with responsibility for the Swiss domestic market in the German-speaking region. We are a heterogeneous, diverse group with in-debt experience in advising entrepreneurs, executives and wealthy families in Switzerland. We demonstrate the ability to successfully deliver above-average results, foster cross segmental collaboration and develop employees.

YOUR WORK DAY

Administrative support

  • Active assistance for relationship managers, team leader and market head in all areas of activities
  • Preparation of and working on relationship openings including processing of formalities
  • Administrative support for Know Your Customer (KYC) documentations and reviews
  • Processing of loan applications, extensions, and reviews
  • Handling of cash transfers and securities market orders: Signature review, economic background, documentation, execution, etc.
  • Preparation and follow up of client meetings incl. client reports, printing and binding of presentations
  • Booking of meeting rooms, organization of business trips and other administrative tasks
  • Management of expense reports (record billings and monitor reimbursements)

Account Life Management

  • Closely monitoring of open tasks
  • Maintenance of master and basic data
  • Strict compliance with the bank's procedures and rules and ensuring efficient risk monitoring
  • Compliance with regulations for domestic and cross-border transactions

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed bank apprenticeship with professional experience as an Assistant in Private Banking
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German (Swiss-German of benefit) and English. French is advantageous but not compulsory
  • Experience of at least two years in a similar role
  • Well-groomed appearance, flawless reputation, impeccable behavior, and absolute discretion
  • Independent, committed, team oriented, and resilient personality
  • Experienced in usage of Microsoft Office tools
  • Reliable, agile, and service oriented
  • Ability to organize several projects in parallel and to prioritize them on an ongoing basis
  • Strong interest in relationship management and a pronounced customer focus
  • Willingness to develop yourself in Private Banking
