Your field of responsibility
As a Client Manager, you are fully responsible for the operational day-to-day activities on a client book. You support the Relationship Manager in growing the book of relationships.

Your tasks include the coordination of complex account openings, maintenance of comprehensive and up-to-date Know Your Client (KYC) documentation, preparation of sales pitches and execution of securities, derivatives and foreign exchange transactions, credit monitoring and liquidity management as well as various administrative tasks along the client lifecycle.

You have daily interaction with Clients, Relationship Managers and Specialists in the fields of products, credit, compliance and legal.

Our team covers sophisticated HWN / UHNW clients in the Middle East. You become part of a small clusters consisting of Relationship Managers, a Client Manager and a Junior Client Manager. The team is high-paced, dynamic, highly motivated, performance driven and dedicated to grow our business. Delivering an excellent client service and following highest compliance standards are key for us.

Your skills and experience
You bring along a skillset that allows you to build up excellent relationships with your key business partners and move forward in your career

  • Your academic qualifications are a completed University degree or banking apprenticeship with further education
  • We are looking for someone with significant work experience within Private Banking / HNW/UHNW coverage (Experience as Client Manager,
  • Account Manager, Junior Relationship Manager or Senior Assistant RM)
  • A proactive mindset paired with a high level of flexibility, dedication and selfmotivation, as well as a positive outlook to work in an international and highly demanding environment makes you a stand out in a group of peers
  • You are a committed and positive person with excellent communication skills and have a passion for working with clients
  • You focus on the details when providing client services and have a strong ability to cope with pressure and to work independently
