General manager H/F
Vous êtes un professionnel reconnu de l'Hospitalité : Mini 5 ans d'exp
Vous avez dirigé avec succès des établissements 4* (135 chambres mini.)
Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'univers de l'Hôtellerie Lifestyle et maitrisez également l'environnement F&B et évènementiel.

PosteVos liaisons fonctionnelles:
Vous êtes le lien permanent entre la marque Ramada Encore by Wyndham, et les grands comptes clients, opérateurs, etc...
Subordonné au CEO du groupe Prime , vous participez activement aux réunions des projets transversaux entre Prime & Co et EHLP, ainsi qu'avec Genève Sports SA (Groupe Grenat).

Objectif de la fonction et principales responsabilités :
Force de proposition pour établir la stratégie de l'hôtel.

Atteinte des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs fixés par le CA et le CEO.

Fixation des objectifs et évaluation des cadres de l'hôtel.

Assurer la qualité des prestations fournies.

Description des tâches :
Gestion de travaux de rebranding avec une nouvelle marque

Diriger toutes les opérations de l'hôtel et de la société EHLP SA
Développer le Marketing de la marque sous l'angle local
Participer aux pitchs d'acquisition des nouveaux clients avec le Marketing de GSSA
Développer et exécuter des stratégies pour maximiser l'efficacité et la rentabilité.
Initier des innovations pour rester compétitif sur le marché
Assurer la satisfaction et dépasser les attentes des clients par une gestion proactive des services et une excellente communication.
Surveiller les performances financières, établir les budgets et contrôler les coûts, tout en maximisant les revenus.
Décrire et contrôler les processus de gestion

Adapter les fiches de fonction

Préparation des séances du CA

Rapports et reportings réguliers au CA
Développer et exécuter des stratégies pour maximiser l'efficacité et la rentabilité.

Gérer les appels d'offre aux prestataires de la société tous les deux ans

Garantir le respect des normes (hygiène, etc) en vigueur

ProfilÉtudes et Expériences Requises

Diplôme : Formation école Hôtelière ou HES/HEG- Diplôme universitaire, business management.

Expérience :
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion dans l'industrie hôtelière,
Management d'un établissement de 135 chambres minimum
Expérience significative dans la gestion de projet : travaux de rénovation et rebranding
Gestion d'équipes en PME

Langues pratiquées : Anglais , Français, Allemand un plus.
