**Als Cluster General Manager (m/w/d) sind Ihre Aufgaben u.a.**

- Führung der Hotels durch Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Pläne, einschließlich der Festlegung langfristiger Ziele, der Ermittlung von Wachstumschancen und -risiken sowie von Aktionsplänen zur Erreichung der gesetzten Ziele
- Sie geben den Mitgliedern des Führungsteams klare Anweisungen und stellen sicher, dass die strategischen Ziele und Projekte sowie die Unternehmensinitiativen und -verfahren verstanden und eingehalten werden, einschließlich der geltenden Vorschriften und Gesetze.
- Überwachung und Verwaltung der Hotelfinanzen (z. B. Budget und Prognosen), Gewährleistung von Rentabilität und Zahlungsfähigkeit
- Sicherstellung von "Top"- und "Bottom-Line"-Ergebnissen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen
- Sicherstellung eines effektiven Managements der Hotelleistungen durch Messung der Ergebnisse anhand der strategischen Ziele
- Planung von Investitionen und Instandhaltung
- Überwachung und Management der betrieblichen und finanziellen Risiken der Hotels
- Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen und -treffen, um die Hotels/Gruppe zu vertreten und Geschäftsbeziehungen zu entwickeln
- laufende Qualitätskontrollen in allen operativen und administrativen Abteilungen

- Leitung und Beaufsichtigung aller Abteilungen und Teams innerhalb der Hotels, Gewährleistung der Kohärenz der Maßnahmen und der abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
- Treffen klarer und fundierter Entscheidungen zur Lösung operativer und strategischer Probleme in den Hotels
- Sicherstellung einer klaren und effektiven Kommunikation mit den Hotels, einschließlich Gästen, Mitarbeitern und Geschäftspartnern
- Persönliche Betreuung der Großkunden
- Förderung und Pflege einer positiven, ethischen und integrativen Unternehmenskultur

- Ausbildung in der Hotelfachschule
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- 2 bis 3 erfolgreiche GM-Positionen vorzugsweise in 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels
- Erfahrung mit mehreren Häusern oder Clustern von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, das Geschäft in mehreren Segmenten voranzutreiben
- Fließend in Französisch und Englisch
- Eine sichtbare, proaktive und persönlich engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die in der Lage ist, das Hotelpersonal zu außergewöhnlichem Service zu motivieren
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, hervorragende Gastgeberqualitäten und Motivator für Ihre Teams
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld an mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig zu arbeiten
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Hotelmarktes (französischsprachiger Teil) sind wünschenswert
- Starke und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit
- Zielgerichtete, selbständige, sorgfältige und nachhaltige Arbeitsweise
