Für unser Team im Bereich Wealth Management in Zürich suchen wir eine engagierte und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit als Assistant Relationship Manager, welche folgende Aufgaben übernimmt:

  • Proaktive und effiziente Unterstützung der Relationship Manager bei der Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen Klientel
- Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Sinne eines umfassenden Office Managements (Korrespondenz, Dokumentation, Agenda Management, Compliance-Aufgaben etc.)

  • Selbstständige Vor
- und Nachbearbeitung von Kunden
- und Akquisitionsterminen sowie Einholen von Informationen

Requirements:

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position bringen Sie folgendes Profil mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit mehrjähriger Praxiserfahrung im Privatkundengeschäft
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Private Banking Kunden sowie Allocare
  • Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fliessend in Englisch und Italienisch. Deutsch und Französisch von Vorteil
  • Beherrschen der MS-OfficePalette insbesondere Power Point
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (MiFID, KYC, AML etc.) und Kenntnisse im Bereich Cross-Border Regeln
  • Engagierte, belastbare und mitdenkende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft sowie einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit gepflegten Umgangsformen und einer sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbständige, exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise
  • Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch von Vorteil

Job Information
For our Wealth Management team in Zurich, we are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy individual as Assistant Relationship Manager, who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Proactively and efficiently support the Relationship Managers in servicing our demanding clientele.

Taking over organizational and administrative tasks in terms of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, agenda management, compliance tasks, etc.)

Independent preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments as well as collection of information

Requirements:

For this responsible position you bring the following profile:

  • Completed banking training or basic commercial training with several years of practical experience in the private banking business
  • Experience in servicing private banking clients and knowledge of Allocare would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Italian. German and French advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Power Point
  • Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML etc.) and knowledge of crossborder rules
  • Committed, resilient and proactive personality with a high level of initiative, strong customer orientation and willingness to provide services as well as a high demand for quality and reliability
  • Empathic personality with good manners and excellent communication skills
  • Independent, precise and efficient way of working
  • Languages: English, German and Italian

Job Type: 60-80%
