**Deine Rolle**:
Als Application and Study Administration %) in unserem Unternehmen trägst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Gewährleistung eines zuverlässigen Betriebs der Studienadministrationssysteme an verschiedenen Standorten. Du übernimmst die Anforderungserhebung und setzt diese als Super-User in den Systemen um, sowohl durch Konfiguration als auch durch gegebenenfalls erforderliches Skripting oder Programmierung (SQL,.NET), immer in enger Abstimmung mit der Studienadministration.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen auch die Erstellung und Anpassung von Berichten (SQL Server Reporting Services), Datenbereinigungen, das Verfassen von Dokumentationen und Anleitungen sowie die Durchführung von Benutzerschulungen. Du stellst eine angemessene Benutzerunterstützung bereit, insbesondere für die Studienadministration.

Des Weiteren liegt die Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Releasewechseln und die aktive Beteiligung an der Konsolidierung der historisch getrennten Studienadministrationssysteme in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich. Dein Engagement und deine Fähigkeiten spielen eine entscheidende Rolle für den reibungslosen Ablauf und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Studienadministration.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Gewährleistung eines **reibungslosen Betriebs der Studienadministrationssysteme** an verschiedenen Standorten und deren Schnittstellen zu verschiedenen Umsystemen.
- Anforderungserhebung und effektive Umsetzung in den Systemen, vorwiegend durch** Konfiguration als Super-User,** gegebenenfalls unter Einsatz von **Skripting oder Programmierung** (SQL,.NET) in enger Abstimmung mit der Studienadministration.
- Aktive Gestaltung und Anpassung von Berichten mithilfe von SQL **Server Reporting Services** sowie Durchführung von Datenbereinigungen.
- Erstellung umfassender Dokumentationen und Anleitungen, begleitet von praxisorientierten Benutzerschulungen.
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Benutzerunterstützung, insbesondere im Bereich der Studienadministration.
- Durchführung von Releasewechseln, um stets auf dem neuesten Stand der Systementwicklung zu sein.
- Engagierte Mitarbeit bei der Konsolidierung historisch getrennter Studienadministrationssysteme, um eine einheitliche und effiziente Struktur zu schaffen.

**Deine Skills**:

- Abschluss als Informatiker EFZ/HF/FH oder vergleichbare mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Betreuung von datenbankgestützten Anwendungen
- Bevorzugt Erfahrung im Bildungswesen auf Hochschulniveau
- Gute **Kenntnisse in Skripting/Programmierung** und solide **SQL**-Kenntnisse
- Analytisches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeitsverhalten
- Offenheit für die Einarbeitung in neue Themenfelder
- Initiative, kommunikative und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Lösungsfindung im Team
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit im akademischen Umfeld, zielgruppengerecht ausgerichtet
- Kenntnisse im **CRM Microsoft Dynamics** sind von Vorteil
