Prozessrisiko-Analyst Fund Management
AufgabenControlling und Betrieb des OpRisk- und Business Continuity Managements für das Asset Management / Sicherstellung und Controlling der Kontinuität aller Prozesse im Portfolio Management mit Finanzinstrumenten wie Equity, Bonds, Derivate, Fonds etc. / Sicherstellung der Funktionalität des Risikomanagements einschliesslich des Controllings effektiver und effizienter Prozesse / Risikoorientierte Sicherstellung der Prozesse für Investitionsmöglichkeiten und Neuakquisitionen / Prüfung aller Kontrollen und Messung der Business-Aktivitäten / Weiterentwicklung des Target Operating Models, das Vorgaben für bestehendes oder neues Geschäft im Asset Management liefert / Verantwortlich für das Controlling der technischen wie auch physischen Infrastruktur, einschliesslich des Managements der Beziehungen zu internen Kunden- und Third-Party-Service-Dienstleistern / Verhandlung und Management von Service Level-Agreements und Vertrags-Controlling / Risikoorientierter Support bei der Prüfung und Bewertung und externer Dienstleister und Investor-Beziehungen in Bezug auf Prozesse und Kontrollen / Situationsbedingte Projekte.
QualifikationMaster oder Bachelor mit Fokus auf Banking & Finance, Betriebs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement eines Asset-/Fondsmanagers oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung im Audit von Banken oder Asset Management von Versicherungen / Kenntnisse Anlagerichtlinien für das Fondsgeschäft wie CISA, CISO, BVV2, UCITS, AIFMD usw. / Interesse am Prozess- und Projektmanagement / Interesse am Arbeiten in einer internationalen Matrix-Struktur, wo Lokales und Globales immer zugleich eine Rolle spielt / Analytische Persönlichkeit, strukturiertes Denken, fokussiertes Handeln / Interesse am Arbeiten mit parallelen Projekten und mit Deadlines / Team und Serviceorientierung / Kommunikative Persönlichkeit / Deutsch- und Englisch.
