Our client, the asset management division of an international bank in Zurich, is seeking a BCM/OpRisk Analyst Asset Management.

Tasks
  • Monitor internal and external OpRisk incidents, ensuring periodic reporting for fund management organizations handling Swiss investment and UCITS funds, including outsourced business
  • Contribute to maintaining a robust risk framework
  • Manage and control risk profiles and regulatory requirements as a second line of defense
  • Review Internal Controls, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Operational Risk, and Business Continuity
  • Integrate risk aspects into reports to support decision-making and enhance investment security for FX, liquidity, market, and credit risks
  • Consolidate Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) monthly and review existing KRIs for updates
  • Coordinate regulatory processes related to PRIIP KID
  • Support fund product initiatives from an OpRisk perspective and conduct ad hoc reviews
  • Organize workshops to foster continuous risk awareness and handle ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Economics
  • CIA, CPA, or CFA qualifications
  • Experience in process risk management (OpRisk/BCM) within an international bank, fund industry, or BigFour companies with fund manager audits
  • Knowledge of fund products, portfolio management, risk reporting, etc.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Curiosity, a challenging mindset, and a strong team player
  • Capacity to work under pressure and make clear decisions
  • IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office and Excel
  • Fluency in French and English
