Your focus:

  • Learning should be part of our culture and you will help to develop concepts, tools, and programs to support the journey towards the vision. Who you are:

  • You have a passion for and knowledge within leadership, learning and development and want to create a company where learning is an organic part of the daily work and part of our DNA.
  • You are a collaborating networker who takes the lead in driving change.
  • You have experience from leading L&D and leadership development initiatives.
  • You are a strong facilitator, have solid project management skills and are comfortable working with different forms of communication (IRL and digital)
  • You have university degree, Bachelor or higher.
  • Experience from the industry is a plus.

The position will be based in Europe.
