**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- **Data-Driven Strategy**: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to expand our client base and increase investment opportunities.
- **Experimentation & Optimization**: Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify high-impact growth tactics and optimize conversion rates across marketing channels.
- **Lead Generation**: Implement lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential investors and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
